Being a parent of a newborn is definitely an adventure. There are plenty of highs, but it can also be overwhelming. That’s where a NCS, Newborn Care Specialist, can come beside you and guide you on what to do next. We will support you as you navigate this new mission. Give you tips and tricks that have worked so many times before.

An NCS usually does overnight care. This helps parents get some much needed sleep. Lack of sleep can be one of the biggest factors in postpartum depression or anxiety. I also offer newborn care classes to help parents get some hands on practice before baby arrives. Being a part of this precious time in a family’s life, is an amazing opportunity and it gives me great joy to see the bonds and confidence that is created.
